Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use dstudio.com.ua and DStudio's Telegram bots, and when you order a paid voice review. By paying for a review you accept these terms — this is a public offer under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.

1. Who provides the services

2. The website and free tools

• The quiz, the “Where your money leaks” diagnostics, calculators and AI reviews are free. Their results are an estimate based on your answers, not a guarantee of income or financial advice.
• Prices on the website are a guide. We set the exact cost and development timeline in a separate contract or invoice after discussing the task.
• The case studies on the website are real projects; their figures relate to specific clients and do not promise you the same result.
• The texts, design and materials of the website belong to DStudio. You may quote them with a link to dstudio.com.ua.

3. Paid voice review

3.1. What is included

• A conversation with the DStudio voice assistant about your business: how clients find you, where requests and money get lost, what is worth automating.
• Up to 5 calls within 7 days of payment — you can stop the conversation and pick it up later.
• A written summary with conclusions and next steps in the @DStudioAI_Bot Telegram bot.
• If you wish, the result can be passed to Dmytro Sadchenko for a personal conversation.

3.2. Price and payment

• The price is shown on the page before payment (currently UAH 199). Payment is made on a secure Monobank page by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
• The service is considered delivered once you have received the written summary.

3.3. Refunds

We will refund the full payment if:

• the review did not take place because of technical problems on our side;
• your business turned out to be outside our areas of work and we cannot take it on (the assistant will tell you so during the conversation);
• you did not start a single call and asked for a refund within 14 days of payment.

To get a refund, write to info@dstudio.com.ua or on Telegram and give the last 4 digits of your card. The money is returned to the same card within 10 business days.

3.4. The voice assistant is artificial intelligence

The conversation is run by an AI-based voice assistant, not a person. The conversation is recorded and transcribed to prepare the summary (see the Privacy Policy). The assistant can make mistakes: its conclusions are recommendations, and final decisions about your business are yours.

4. Custom system development

Websites, CRMs, bots and other systems are developed under a separate contract or invoice that sets out the scope, cost, timeline, acceptance procedure and rights to the result. These terms do not replace such a contract.

5. What is not allowed

• sending spam, other people's personal data without permission or malicious files through forms and bots;
• trying to access internal parts of the website or other people's reviews or account areas;
• overloading the website with automated requests.

6. Liability

We do our best to keep the website and bots running smoothly, but we are not liable for outages caused by third-party services (Telegram, the bank, hosting, AI services) or for decisions made solely on the basis of automated reviews. Our liability for a paid review is limited to the amount you paid for it.

7. Disputes and changes to the terms

We resolve disputes through negotiation — write to us and we will reply within 3 business days. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute is settled under the laws of Ukraine; consumers in the EU keep the rights granted to them by the law of their country. We may update these terms; for a review already paid for, the version in force on the payment date applies.
