You can ask at any time for all the data DStudio holds about you to be deleted: requests, questionnaires, conversations with bots, voice messages, review recordings, Instagram comments and messages, and messages from Telegram groups.
1. How to send a request
- Write to us in whichever way suits you:
- e-mail info@dstudio.com.ua, subject “Delete my data”;
- Telegram @dmitriy_sadchenko;
- Instagram Direct @dstudio.com.ua.
- Tell us how to find you: the phone or e-mail from your request, your Telegram or Instagram username. For a paid review, also the last 4 digits of your card.
- Get confirmation. We will delete the data within 30 days and let you know exactly what was deleted.
2. What is deleted and what stays
- We delete: your requests and questionnaire answers, conversations with bots, voice messages and transcripts, voice review recordings, Instagram comments and messages, saved messages from Telegram groups, and we ask the services that processed them on our behalf (including ElevenLabs) to delete their records.
- What stays: payment data (amount, date, masked card digits) — we are required to keep it for tax reporting. Server backups are rotated, and your data will disappear from them within 14 days.
3. Instagram and Facebook
If you used our services through Instagram or Facebook, you can also remove the app's access: Instagram → Settings → Apps and websites, or Facebook → Settings → Apps and websites. Then write to us and we will delete the data we received earlier.
4. Cookies
Cookies are stored in your browser — you can delete them in your browser settings. To withdraw consent to analytics and advertising cookies, use the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of the page.
