What the client came with
A barber with over six years of experience. Booking ran only through calls and DMs, so the phone rang mid-haircut and clients couldn’t get through.
What we built
- A calling-card site with services and prices
- Online booking for a specific time
- Work gallery
- Admin panel: the barber changes texts, prices and photos himself
What’s inside the panel
- Slots and schedule
- Services and price list
- Home page photo and video
- Leads from the site
Details worth knowing
The schedule lives in the server’s cron, not in the barber’s browser: slots open by themselves, even if he hasn’t opened the panel for a week.
The bot tells two kinds of failure apart. A permanent one ("chat not found") — we close the client for broadcasts, rather than messaging into nothing. A temporary one (a drop, a 5xx) — we retry later.
The client card is created in the booking model, not in the controller. So the same man doesn’t split into three records because he came in different ways.
Charcoal and gold — the colors from the barber’s own logo and poster. Nothing was invented: texts, services and prices come only from the brief.
