What the client came with
An aesthetician focused on trichology. Bookings were kept in direct messages and by phone, treatment history and home care plans lived in chat threads.
What we built
- Site with services, prices and photos of the work
- Online booking without calls
- Client dashboard in Telegram: visits, care plans, reminders
- Admin panel where the specialist changes texts, services and prices herself
What’s inside the panel
- Schedule and slots
- Client cards with treatment history
- Individual home care plans
- Reminders before a visit
Details worth knowing
The Ukrainian locale in Filament is incomplete — a few validation keys are missing. We had to add our own translations and our own pagination so the panel wouldn’t switch to English halfway through.
There is a separate language check script: it walks the public part and the admin panel looking for untranslated strings. It runs before every update.
Treatment texts are written for the niche and marked as a draft — the final word is the specialist’s. Nothing is invented about the person herself: the facts come only from her own materials.
The palette is taken from the specialist’s own studio: creamy light, rose gold, warm cocoa — so the site looks like her space, not like a template.
